Mmm, mmm good!

Tuesday, February 25th was an intimate evening of cocktails, food and fun for select press at Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar in Scottsdale. Executive Chef Andrew Warner created a delicious five-course tasting menu that showcased the restaurant’s diversity from seafood to Jerk pork tenderloin. Judging by the empty plates after each course, it’s clear the guests enjoyed themselves — or maybe it was the fact that each course was accompanied by a corresponding wine or cocktail that put everyone in good spirits – literally.  The meal was capped off with a trio of mini desserts that included a Butterscotch Cup with chocolate ganache, a Pina Colada Napoleon and a Pineapple Crème Brulee.

Modern Luxury Scottsdale raved over the signature cocktails; Arizona Foothills tweeted and/or Instagramed nearly every course; and Valley Guide suggested they add the trio of desserts to the regular menu. Eater AZ, Phoenix Home & Garden, and local personality Kinsey Schofield were among the other guests whom all mingled nicely and ended up closing the restaurant.  The only remaining question at the end of the night was, “when can we do this again?”
